Growing up Downstate in the small town of Paris, 165 miles south of Chicago, rising country music star Brett Eldredge spent countless hours traveling around in the back of the family van, sitting alongside a portable sound system his parents had bought for him and dreaming of the day he would get the chance to perform in front of thousands.
So when he got the call recently that he’d once again be loading up his equipment and traveling to Chicago on March 18 to open for country legend Willie Nelson, Eldredge admits it was one of those “full circle” moments that every singer strives for.
